VolamusOps

From reservation to recorded flight.

Aircraft scheduling with students and instructors, the dispatch sheet with fuel capture, prepaid hour blocks and the pilot portal.

Built by an FAA-certificated A&P/IA — active inspector, 20 years in aircraft maintenance.

Organizational tool. Indicators are based on recorded information and are not an airworthiness determination. Always confirm with an authorized A&P/IA mechanic.

What you can do

Run the operation: scheduling, dispatch, prepaid credit and the pilot portal.

  • Reservations open a flight record — Hobbs, Tach, fuel and charge — from the pilot portal

  • Per-aircraft access info: location, gate, key and codes, shown to the pilot only during the booking window

  • Per-aircraft checklists and per-school documents (aircraft docs, W&B, new-client requirements, policies) with read permissions

  • Booking rules the school controls: signed agreement, current insurance, card on file, prepaid balance

  • Check-out/in sheet with Hobbs, Tach and fuel per tank, verified by the next pilot

  • Prepaid credit and hour blocks by aircraft

  • Pay-after-flight option for independent CFIs (school-enabled)

  • Squawks and maintenance reminders per aircraft

  • Hobbs and TACH continuity reports
