Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Volamus, a service provided by VOLAMUS APP LLC ("Volamus," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and have authority to act for any organization you represent.

Volamus organizes general aviation aircraft records, documents, flight hours, maintenance reminders, discrepancies, and communications. It does not determine airworthiness, certify regulatory compliance, replace original logbooks, or replace the judgment of an authorized mechanic or applicable aviation authority. Information and indicators are based on user-entered data and must be verified against original records.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account. You may not use Volamus unlawfully; commit fraud or send spam; infringe intellectual property; upload malware; probe or interfere with security; scrape the service; reverse engineer it; resell it without permission; or circumvent plan limits.

You retain rights to records, documents, images, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to upload it. We may remove content after a valid rights complaint and suspend repeat infringers. Send rights concerns to support@volamus.app.

VOLAMUS APP LLC owns the service, software, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Trial access ends after 14 days unless you subscribe.

We work to keep Volamus available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as the service evolves, provided changes do not materially remove prepaid access without an appropriate remedy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription according to Paddle's terms. After termination, access may end and account data may be deleted or anonymized after applicable retention periods.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. VOLAMUS APP LLC is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
