One connected flow, end to end
A discrepancy travels from the owner or the school to the shop and back into the aircraft history — each module does its part.

Your data, your control
You own your records
Owners, shops and schools can export their aircraft, maintenance and operating data whenever they want.
Permission by person and aircraft
Access is granted to one mechanic, co-owner, pilot or aircraft — never to everything.
Shared links expire
Customer, inspector and pilot links are temporary and can be closed at any time.
Money stays restricted
Estimate, billing and payment totals are visible only to the shop or school owner and its administrators.
How VolamusApp works
One ecosystem, four modules. Each module has its own menu, plan and entry point. They connect only when people invite and accept each other.
Each module does its own work. Records and work orders live in VolamusMX and VolamusOwn, scheduling and dispatch in VolamusOps, and listings in VolamusLink.
What you should confirm. Verify aircraft data, logbooks and any listing directly with the other party before acting. Listing details come from the person publishing.
What only a professional determines. Airworthiness, compliance and return to service are determined by a certificated mechanic or inspector — never by VolamusApp or any of its modules.
Organization tool only. Indicators are based on the information you record and are not an airworthiness determination. Always confirm with a certificated A&P/IA mechanic. VolamusApp does not certify compliance before any aviation regulatory authority of any country or state.

Go to the forumFrequently asked questions
Does VolamusApp or any of its modules replace my A&P mechanic or declare my aircraft airworthy?
No. VolamusApp and its modules are organization tools only. None of them declares an aircraft airworthy or safe to fly, or replaces the judgment of a certificated A&P/IA mechanic. Always verify information against the original records.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Pick your module, create an account and use every feature of that module free for 14 days — no charge during the trial. When it ends, choose that module’s plan to keep full access; your data stays in your account.
In VolamusOwn, can I share my aircraft records with my mechanic?
Yes. In VolamusOwn you grant temporary, revocable access or a read-only logbook link. You always control who sees your records and can revoke access at any time.
Does it work on my phone without an app store download?
Yes. VolamusApp is a web app you can install directly from your browser on iPhone or Android, and it keeps working with limited connectivity at the hangar.
How much does VolamusApp cost?
Each module has its own plan: VolamusOwn is $19.99/month per aircraft; VolamusOps is $29.99/month for up to 3 aircraft, $69.99 for 4–10, or $6.99 per aircraft for 11+; VolamusMX is $49.99/month per shop, with FAA AD research included. Annual plans charge 10 months. VolamusLink listings are free for now.
What languages does VolamusApp support?
VolamusApp and its modules are available in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and Canadian French, including the marketplace, guides and notification emails.
