VOLAMUS APP LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through Volamus. Contact us at support@volamus.app.

We collect account and profile information such as name, email, login credentials, role, phone number, and mechanic profile details; aircraft, flight, maintenance, discrepancy, expense, and document information you provide; support messages; subscription status; and technical data such as IP address, device identifiers, browser, usage events, and security logs.

We use account and aviation-record data to perform our contract and provide the service; contact and support data to respond to requests; technical and usage data for security, fraud prevention, reliability, and product improvement based on our legitimate interests; consent where required for optional notifications or marketing; and records required to meet legal obligations.

We share data only as needed with hosting, storage, analytics, communications, and support providers; with Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for product sales, subscription management, payments, taxes, and invoicing; with professional legal and accounting advisers; and with authorities when legally required. Aircraft owners may explicitly grant temporary, revocable access to mechanics or other recipients.

We retain data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized according to operational backups and applicable retention requirements.

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, restricted permissions, and security monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; and complain to your local data protection authority. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Email support@volamus.app to exercise these rights.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Volamus uses essential cookies and local device storage for login, security, language, and application preferences. We may use limited analytics to understand service performance. You can manage non-essential cookies through browser controls; blocking essential storage may prevent the service from working.

Volamus is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this notice and will post the current version with a revised date.
