Refund Policy

VOLAMUS APP LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net and provide the email address and purchase details used for your order. You may also contact support@volamus.app for assistance.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges; submit a refund request within the 30-day period.

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law or Paddle's refund obligations.
